Our group of companies was founded as a wholesale and retails trade for coal by the brothers Gerhard and Wilhelm Rayermann in 1925. Under the management of Gerd Rayermann, Dipl.-Kfm., who was the president of the German Fuel Trade Federation for several years, the group of companies developed in the second generation and with the name Rayermann Heizkraft GmbH to one of the largest medium-sized fuel and building material retailer in the greater area of North Rhine-Westphalia.

With our experience in managing private houses and due to the close contact to regular clients, we already offered the technical and commercial management of properties as a service since the 1930s and expanded this consistently to become our main commercial activity since 1980. In 1989, the fuel trade was sold within the scope of the increasing competition from large energy groups. After that we continued to expand the property management area with several services regarding properties.

Since 1980, the Rayermann group is managed in the third generation by Gerd-Michael Rayermann, Dipl.-Kfm. Since 1996, he is supported actively by Dr. Wolfgang Rüssel, Dipl.-Kfm., as second Managing Director.
